So as to assure the consistent quality of our product, each batch follows a stringent quality controlled process that starts on receipt of the raw ore at the grinding mill and ends as the finished product is packaged. Even after packaging, our procedures ensure the safety and integrity of each load, the accuracy of the total shipment weight against the order and a prompt delivery.
Our Quality Assurance Technician carries out all product tests in strict compliance with the applicable API testing procedures. We start by testing the quality of incoming shipments and continue during production by taking samples from the grinding mill’s output pipes regularly to confirm the product is within the limits of its specification. To ensure the accuracy of the tests we carry out, all our QA laboratory instrumentation is calibrated at regular intervals. We maintain full records of staff training and of the instrument calibrations carried out.
